EV Range Guide is a free, data-driven electric vehicle charging route planner. We help EV drivers plan long-distance trips with real-world range data, accurate charging stop estimates, and weather-adjusted calculations.

How It Works

Our routing engine uses OSRM for distance and duration calculations. We combine this with manufacturer-published EV specifications and real-world range multipliers to estimate charging stops, charge times, and total trip feasibility.

Weather adjustments are based on published research: cold conditions (below 10°C) can reduce range by up to 25%, while hot conditions (above 25°C) cause approximately 5% reduction due to air conditioning load.

Data is updated monthly. Route calculations are estimates and should not replace in-car navigation.
